The Project is a new modern purpose built 3 level regional office complex for GE, WA and is located at Corner Karel Avenue and Orion Road, Jandakot Airport, to complement the recently completed GE Oils and Gas testing facility, this space also includes a regional conference centre and training area for GE staff globally.

The Project is a new purpose built industrial oil and gas exploration testing facility for GE, WA and is located at Corner Karel Avenue and Orion Road, Jandakot Airport, WA.
The Project comprises of the following elements:
Warehouse (approx.) 1,062 m2, Machine Shop (approx.) 864 m2, Welding Shop (approx.) 864 m2
CDE Workshop (approx.) 1,591 m2,Subsea Workshop (approx.) 1,591 m2,Test Pits – 9m and 6m for testing oil and gas drilling equipment under pressure, Control Room 245 m2, Office 600 m2
Hardstand 11,350 m2,Hardstand Expansion 1,526 m2,Cross Over’s, Access, Entry Road etc.
Miscellaneous items, Car Park, external lighting on site. Lighting & other services
for roads, car parks, Landscaping.
