CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - VIC
Daniel has over 14 years experience working within the Property industry and joined CIP in 2006 as a Site Engineer. Since then he has been involved in a variety of roles in the company including as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Design Manager, Site Manager and Site Engineer. Daniel has experience across a range of projects within the commercial and industrial sector.

David has over 20 years experience in the construction, property development and property market with high profile businesses within their sectors
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Kai joined CIP in 2010 and brought with him 30 years of industry experience across multiple sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Retail construction.
In 2018 Kai was appointed Construction Manager (NSW) and now works closely with project delivery teams to ensure that project stakeholder, and business expectations are met in terms of OHS&E, quality, budget and program.
In addition Kai holds relevant building licences in respective Australian states and is the nominee for CIP Constructions.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - QLD
John joined CIP in 2010 and currently oversees the delivery of construction projects across QLD. John has held various roles with CIP such as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Site Manger and Foreman.
With over 15 years’ experience in the building and construction industry John has experience across the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
John has studied and completed a Bachelor of Engineer (Mechanical) at Technology University Dublin.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mark joined CIP in 2006 and oversees the successful construction division. Mark works with the construction leadership team, adding experience and expertise that promotes the continued growth of CIP Constructions.
Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the building and construction industry and has extensive expertise in contract administration and management.
Prior to CIP, Mark held senior roles with Walker Corporation and Australand (currently Frasers) including National Manager, Contracts & Administration in Australand’s Apartments Division.
GENERAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS
As the General Manager of Operations, Paul leads all business administration functions, including the finance team, IT&C and HR.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in construction, with international roles in project and head office making him the perfect fit to lead CIP’s company policies and administration procedures. Paul has also been responsible for the implementation of the project management systems and the integration of CIP’s finance systems as well as managing the company’s ISO certification.
