The project includes the provision of infrastructure services including water, power, stormwater and gas as well as providing community facilities such as a playground, community living urban infrastructure, extensive landscaping, retaining walls, diversion of existing streamways and golf dam including; construction of spill ways and dam walls for stormwater mitigation.

This project consisted of a residential subdivision remediation, bulk earthworks, infrastructure & services works, demolition of all structures on site, associated landscaping and subdivision of the site into individual residential lots and super lots to create 450 dwellings.
