SCT Logistics – Cross Dock Refrigeration and Dry Transit Facility – Altona

This facility spans across 44,082sqm and includes features such as c.4,300 sqm of temperature-controlled space, including 330sqm of freezer space, capable of reaching temps of -24 degrees, with future expansion space.

The build also features a Transit Warehouse of 5,800m2 with super awning of 3,700m2, 25,000sqm of heavy duty paving and 220 solar panels, capable of collecting 100kw of power. Major power and sewer infrastructure works upgrades were also completed.
