Features of the build include a 20,695m2 site area, 9,620m2 warehouse area and outdoor super awning, providing 2,080m2 of shade. With 3,865m2 of heavy duty paving and 2,490 m2 of light duty paving, there is ample space for the 80+ car parking spots.

This project was undertaken by the CIP Constructions NSW team in 2017, with the team delivering Practical Completion on time and within budget in 2018. The total site area is 41,392m2 with the warehouse encompassing 20,791m2. This build includes a 1,000m2 office with EOT facilities, as well as a large external hardstand area for truck access.

This project was awarded the 2018 Innovative Structural Design from the Timber Design Award for the use of timber for the construction, a very well deserved honour.

CIP Constructions are proud to showcase photos from our Wulkuraka build with developer Ascot Capital and tenant Asahi Beverages.
The 25,000m2 site was recently officially opened by delegates from Asahi and features a temperature-controlled syrup and ingredients room, 480m2 cool room, and 12,000 metres of stainless-steel pipework within the pipe bridges.
SPEC 1-3 was delivered for developer ESR Australia.
