Cleanaway – MSE Wall

This project features a Mechanically Stabilised Earth Wall which has a maximum height of 18m and a 1km length. The wall consists of sandstone, reinforced with geogrid with a natural rock facing retained within a galvanised basket. Associated works include the installation of the landfill liner system, a network of drainage pipes and pits, road construction and fencing.

CIP Constructions - Meyer Timber NSW - construction

This project was undertaken by the CIP Constructions NSW team in 2017, with the team delivering Practical Completion on time and within budget in 2018. The total site area is 41,392m2 with the warehouse encompassing 20,791m2. This build includes a 1,000m2 office with EOT facilities, as well as a large external hardstand area for truck access.

This project was awarded the 2018 Innovative Structural Design from the Timber Design Award for the use of timber for the construction, a very well deserved honour.

The project includes the provision of infrastructure services including water, power, stormwater and gas as well as providing community facilities such as a playground, community living urban infrastructure, extensive landscaping, retaining walls, diversion of existing streamways and golf dam including; construction of spill ways and dam walls for stormwater mitigation.

This project consisted of a residential subdivision remediation, bulk earthworks, infrastructure & services works, demolition of all structures on site, associated landscaping and subdivision of the site into individual residential lots and super lots to create 450 dwellings.

The facility is a combination of two story Offices, showroom, workshops, dangerous goods storage and spare parts warehousing for heavy plant distributer, Construction Equipment Australia.

The build included specialist workshop fit-out equipment, gantry cranes and also high level finishes to the showroom which is an integral component of CEA’s activities.
