Recently delivered by our NSW team, Lot 9 is a speculative facility located at The YARDS estate in Kemps Creek and features a total site area of 28,899m2, including a 15,970m2 warehouse.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the Lot 9 is on track to achieve a 6 Star Green Star accreditation, the highest rating in Australia. With 200kw solar panels, rain water recycling, electric vehicle charging, sustainable product selections and a raft of other ESG initiatives, this facility is at the forefront of energy efficiency.
