Mark joined CIP Constructions in 2006 and held a number of leadership roles in the construction division before overseeing the successful management buyout of CIP Constructions.

Mark has significant construction experience, both internationally and throughout Australia. His expertise lies in contract administration, management and quantity surveying. Prior to owning CIP Constructions, Mark held senior roles with Walker Corporation and Australand (currently Frasers Property) including National Manager, Contracts Administration in Australand's Apartments Division.

Cici has over 20 years experience in finance and has served as CIP Constructions CFO since 2022, after working for CIP Constructions in accounting roles in previous years.

Cici has strong analytical and numerical skills and is a diligent and capable finance professional.

Daniel Santilli

Dan is the State Manager for Victoria and manages CIP Constructions’ largest state, responsible for overseeing design management, cost reporting, project control, resource control and implementation of innovative construction methods. Dan has significant experience with CIP Constructions’ projects, having worked from Site Engineer to State Manager over his past 17 years at CIP Constructions.

David has nearly 30 years experience in the construction industry, working across Australia and the United Kingdom before joining CIP Constructions to lead the South Australian and Western Australian team in 2021. David has strong experience with industrial builds across every stage of the build journey, and works closely with the project delivery teams, utilising his Diploma of Leadership to manage multiple teams across WA and SA. David holds an Unrestricted Building License in addition to his Diploma in Construction Management.

Scott is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience in complex construction projects and currently leads the CIP Constructions NSW team, in conjunction with the National Management team, to ensure all NSW projects continue to be delivered safely, on time and to our market leading standard.

Scott has worked across all stages of the construction journey, including on project values up to $150m across industrial, retail, hospitality, commercial and high rise.

Daniel oversees the delivery of construction projects across Queensland and prides himself on forging and maintaining industry relationships.

Daniel joins CIP Constructions having carried out successful projects all over Australia, with the last 25 years based out of Brisbane.

With a career history that is as diverse geographically, as it is in the construction sectors, Daniel has delivered Commercial, Industrial, Health, Education, Resource and Residential projects from Broken Hill to Thursday Island.

For proposed clients he would generally be the first point of contact and will work through the pre construction process. David has over 20 years experience in the construction, property development and property market.

Nick is a highly skilled Senior Construction Professional with over 15 years’ experience as a leader on major projects.

He regularly achieves success in developing project initiatives, directing project plans and achieving programme, quality and performance targets. He has been involved in all facets of building construction with a specialisation in commercial projects, hospitals, industrial projects and civil/infrastructure.

Nick excels at bringing together complex teams of clients, stakeholders, investors, consultants, and employees to work collaboratively towards carefully set targets and goals.

Adam has exceptional attention to detail and excels at working collaboratively with consultants and subcontractors to achieve positive outcomes for Clients through early design development and value engineering.

He has completed numerous design and construct projects on greenfield and brownfield sites involving cold storage, warehousing, distribution, bulky goods, retail outlets and car showrooms as well large civil and land subdivision projects.

With over 35 years of experience, starting as a Carpenter and Joiner and moving through the roles of Site Management and Project Management to Cost Management, Sam leads the charge of Estimating in South & Western Australia, managing and overseeing the planning, costings and research of our new construction projects.

Sam works closely with our state and national team to ensure that projects in SA & WA are accurate and competitive, estimating with precision and care.

Jim is our Construction Manager in Victoria and is responsible for project front end and delivery. Jim has over 16 years experience in the construction industry, working in Ireland, Canada and the UK before joining CIP Constructions in 2014. During his time with CIP Jim has managed the delivery of numerous complex logistics, food, pharma and coldstore projects. With a strong technical knowledge, an aptitude for problem solving and a motivation to learn and improve, Jim thrives on leading a team to overcome challenges and deliver successful projects.

Currently employed as the General Manager of Procurement, his responsibilities include the Subcontract/Supplier Tendering processes and fulfilling of Budgetary constraints in collaboration with our inhouse Design and Estimating departments.

With over 25 years of professional experience across the Architecture & Construction Industries, Matt provides specialist knowledge in the Industrial and Commercial sectors and understands the importance of client and business relationships and delivering the ultimate service and product.
