Lots going on with our Melbourne team as work continues to progress for Frasers Property Industrial at Rubix Connect Estate.
Significant progress has been made on site, with all external hardstand areas completed and the pump house slab poured. Works are also well underway in the office space, with screeding completed, plasterboard installation and aluminium cladding works ongoing and nearly complete.
Roof works are completed with crane lifts underway to install air conditioning units and smoke exhaust fans.
In the coming weeks the team will facilitate asphalting works, kerb installation to the hardstand and carpark as well as the continued installation of office glazing, further allowing the facility to take shape ahead of anticipated PC later this winter.
