CIP Constructions are pleased to announce that we have been awarded two new builds at ESR Australia’s Green Link Estate in greater Melbourne.
The project totals nearly 105,000m2 of site area and 60,615m2 of build area across both Lots.
Once complete, each facility will target a 6 Star Green Star AsBuilt rating, utilising rainwater harvesting and reticulation, energy consumption management systems and facilities designed with low emission & environmentally sustainable materials.
The estate, centrally located in Cranbourne West, provides excellent access to the Western Port Highway, as well as amenities such as nearby cafes, on site parking and EV charging stations.

We are thrilled to share that Lot 6 on ESR Group’s Greenlink development has officially achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 rating – the highest possible environmental certification from the Green Building Council of Australia. – read more about it here.
