CIP Constructions are pleased to announce that we have been awarded two new builds at ESR Australia’s Green Link Estate in greater Melbourne.
The project totals nearly 105,000m2 of site area and 60,615m2 of build area across both Lots.
Once complete, each facility will target a 5 Star Green Star AsBuilt rating, utilising rainwater harvesting and reticulation, energy consumption management systems and facilities designed with low emission & environmentally sustainable materials.
The estate, centrally located in Cranbourne West, provides excellent access to the Western Port Highway, as well as amenities such as nearby cafes, on site parking and EV charging stations.
Our Senior Project Manager Charles O’Brien states “Working across two projects at the same time always provides an interesting viewpoint and unique opportunities to find efficiencies for our clients, naturally leading to a better experience and build for everyone involved. It is great to work with ESR Australia on another project in Victoria, and great to see our team come together and establish the site so quickly.
