Nissan – VIC

This project included construction of Nissan’s new corporate Head Office, Training Workshop and a ‘Warm Shell’ base building fit-out, incorporating 8 levels of commercial space, 9 levels of carpark in adjoining builds, and a separate workshop. CIP Constructions were also awarded the ‘fit out’ contract, including a fully working kitchen, 50+ meeting rooms, and space to accommodate 200 workers over the 17,625m2 build.
