CIP Constructions were appointed a new build for client, Target, in Truganina which would serve as their new Victorian Regional Distribution Centre. Serving both metropolitan and regional stores, the new facility maximises their logistical capabilities with conventional heavy duty concrete pavements, a structural steel portal frame, pre-cast panels and metal wall cladding. The project consists of conventional heavy duty concrete pavements, structural steel portal frame, pre-cast panels and metal wall cladding.
The two-storey office component serves as Target’s regional office, and contains general offices, staff lunch and locker room facilities and a showroom featuring full height glazing.
