Procurement

Our Procurement plan is deigned to uphold the highest standards of integrity in sourcing goods and services, as well as increase collaboration with our subcontractors. All of our subcontractor partners must demonstrate agreement with our Procurement Policy, with reviews into compliance comprehensive and ongoing.

Grievance

Our grievance policy is rooted in transparency and fairness, providing a structured and confidential process for anyone to voice concerns or complaints. You may submit an anonymous message by following the link, or feel free to reach out directly to us via email. All grievances will be addressed promptly and impartially.

Whistleblower

We encourage the reporting of any unethical or illegal activities through our confidential, non-retaliatory whistleblower process. An independent and thorough investigation process safeguards all parties, and ensures the wellbeing of anyone who decides to come forward.

Indigenous

CIP Constructions acknowledges and recognises the traditional owners and custodians of the land in which we work. We pay our respects to Ancestors and Elders, past present and emerging. We are currently in the process of implementing our Reconciliation Action Plan, seeking to cultivate genuine partnerships, fostering cultural competency through ongoing education, and actively promoting Indigenous representation and participation.

Sustainable projects

Back in 2012 CIP Constructions were the first builders in Australia to achieve the record 5 star Green StarAsBuilt certification for an industrial build. Since then, we have delivered numerous sustainable projects, including 5 Star Green Star certified projects, as confirmed by the Green Building Council of Australia.
