The Body Keeps the Score – Bessel van der Kolk

The Body Keeps the Score” discusses how experiencing trauma can reshape both body and brain and the effects of this on individuals. An engaging book providing insight into human emotions and behaviours, including how we can use these behaviours in our work and personal lives.  4/5

Thinking, Fast and Slow – Daniel Kahneman

Interesting book about how two systems — intuition and slow thinking — shape our judgment and impact every part of our life.

Quite scientific heavy and dense at times, although nonetheless an important read. 3/5

Never Split the Difference – Christopher Voss

A must read for anyone in business combining communication, negotiation and entertaining recounts of Voss’ time in the FBI.

Every CA and Procurement Manager should be gifted this for Christmas! 5/5
