CIP Constructions is proud to announce that following a competitive tender, we have been appointed to build 7 Butler Boulevard at Catalyst Park, working with new clients Adelaide Airport Limited.
Spanning across an 11,755m2 site, the project is centrally located at Catalyst Park, a landside precinct strategically positioned close to the airport, major logistics hubs and convenient transport corridors. CIP will deliver Lot 4, a multi-unit office warehouse tenancy with the capacity for up to four tenancies, with each having access to shared car parks and rear access hardstands.
As Adelaide continues to strengthen its position as a national logistics hub, CIP Constructions remains committed to delivering the industrial infrastructure that supports business growth and economic development. Having already delivered several significant builds in Adelaide including Haigh’s Chocolate Factory, Linfox Wingfield, Woolworths CFC and Philmac ARS, we are confident that our team will take this project in their strides and to new heights (pardon the pun).
Site establishment is expected in the following months, with the team currently working through design and program. We are looking forward to working closely with Adelaide Airport and to delivering another quality industrial facility in South Australia.
