The self-storage facility will provide approximately 6600m2 NLA over 4-storeys on a 5,000m2 site. The building also features an aesthetically pleasing design, with display windows facing the North East, further showcasing the structure.
Working with ASX listed Abacus Group and Abacus Storage King for the first time, our South Australia team are eager to get mobilising on site, with site establishment currently underway for boots on the ground in the following weeks.
