Set within the Alspec Industrial Business Park in Orchard Hills, the purpose-built storage and distribution centre will span over 38,500m2 of premium industrial space, specially designed to support COPE’s continued operational growth in NSW. The state-of-the-art facility will also include modern offices, premium warehousing and staging facilities, expansive hardstands and specialised fitout to meet COPE’s bespoke needs.
