A 27,636 sqm state-of-the-art distribution centre, located at 4Ten Epping Estate in Melbourne’s north.
The distribution centre is purpose built and includes full drive around access via dual hardstands and two double-storey offices, which will support the company in storing and distributing their flooring products.
Recently delivered by our CIP Constructions Melbourne team, this is our second facility delivered for the ASX-listed CTI Logistics Limited and joins numerous other quality delivered builds for valued client Frasers.
