CIP Constructions are thrilled to announce that we have been appointed to deliver a brand new $130m facility for Haigh’s Chocolates.
The facility, located in Salisbury South will enable Haigh’s to double its current chocolate production capacity and marks the largest infrastructure investment in the history of the iconic family-owned business.
With a site area of 36,000m2 including 9,000m2 production facilities and 6,000m2 warehousing facilities, the state of the art factory will feature specialized panning, enrobing, and moulding lines, as well as kitchen and packing equipment.
The Haigh’s project represents a landmark milestone for CIP Constructions as we continue to expand and endeavour to become South Australia’s leading industrial construction experts.
We are looking forward to working closely with the Haigh’s team over the coming months and are eager to get on site for our sweetest build yet.
