The facility is located centrally in Welshpool, minutes from the Perth Airport and features an impressive mix of external façade materials revealing a unique finish, as well as an extensive use of Bluestone Tiling and a Laser screeded internal slab to a specified FMIN 75 flatness.
This project ticks off more significant milestones for CIP Constructions in WA, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team and their hard work to get it over the line.
We are also very much looking forward to working with Hobson Engineering for the first time, working together to bring their vision to life.
