LOGOS – Ingham’s – WA

The facility covers a site area of 24,700sqm and a building area of 9,845sqm, comprising a temperature-controlled distribution warehouse, and an environmentally conscious design, targeting a 5 Star Green Star Rating. Key sustainability initiatives include a 500kw solar system, 455kL rainwater tank, and sustainability and transparency in material procurement including a minimum of 80% of construction waste to be re-used or recycled. The warehouse will be used to serve Ingham’s various stock, with the use of its freezer and chiller rooms, multipurpose rooms, weight label rooms, and more, allowing for distribution within WA, nationally, and internationally
