CIP Constructions is pleased to announce the award of a brand new project – Seacliff Village Retail Centre in Adelaide.
This project features a NLA of approx. 7865m2, with Coles secured as the anchor tenant. Other key stores include Liquor land, Terry White Chemists and Anytime Fitness. The project will also feature over 400 Car Parks with 10 x EV Charging, 4 x Click & Collect Parking allocations.
The retail centre is set within the $900m master planned Seacliff Village Estate, which also includes residential and recreational areas.
