The P&C team, headquarted at our Sydney office have been diligently working on employee initiatives including a brand new training schedule, onboarding schedule and graduate planning program.
The P&C team are also responsible for the overall wellbeing of our staff, and are there to support and help with things like workplace culture and skills training. As well as indivdual support for staff, the team also work on new initiatives and organisational development, ensuring CIP Constructions strategic goals are met whilst ensuring that employees are supported, motivated, and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
